Diagnosis
Values for operand &v1& are to be updated in the installation facts.However, values already exist in the installation facts that have beenupdated via billing &v2&. But, the period for which the values are tobe updated does not correspond to the period for which the values wereupdated via billing &v2&.
This error can only occur in connection with a floating backbilling -if, in the case of a backbilling for a period already billed, a newvalue for the operand is updated for this period in the installationfacts. The error then means that the period for which the backbillingis carried out does not correspond to the period that was billed viabilling &v2&.

System Response
It is only possible to overwrite operand &v1& via updating of theinstallation facts if the period of the current update corresponds tothe period of the update for billing &v2&.
Billing was canceled because the periods do not correspond.
