Diagnosis
Values were calculated in billing for operand &v1& that are to beupdated in the installation facts. However, the update could not becarried out because installation facts already exist in the period inwhich the update is to be carried out (&v2& - &v3&).
The following cases may have occurred:

• For the operand there is already an installation fact whose from-date
is in the period &v2& - &v3&.

• For the operand there is already an installation fact whose to-date is
past the period &v2& - &v3&.

System Response
The value could not be updated in the installation facts in the abovesituations. Therefore, the update was terminated.

Procedure
Adjust the installation facts for operand &v1& so that an update of thevalues from billing can occur. Then you can carry out billing again.
