Diagnosis
No entry for the device, register and period you have specified wasfound that can be used to determine the conversion factor.
It is likely that the gas date and the normal meter reading date aretoo far apart. In this particular case, the month to which the programrefers back (which is derived from the gas month of previous billing)is too far in front of the from-date of the earliest time slice of thecurrent billing.
Important: If the weighted average of the conversion factor iscalculated by means of degree day weighting, the gas month must not bemore than one month before the meter reading date.

Procedure
Check the gas date setting, in particular in scheduling. You can findthe gas date in scheduling once the meter reading results have beenentered.
Billings and orders that have already been processed with animpermissible gas month may need to be reversed and processed again.
If neither of the above are the case, the problem may be due to aninternal error. If this is the case, contact SAP.
