Diagnosis
A gas procedure is to be carried out for the register. For thisprocedure, the volume correction factor component is determined by aspecial procedure that uses the register relationship volumecorrection factor calculation. No or not enough correct meterreading results could be found for the specified period and register;these are needed to determine the operating volume.

Proceed as follows:
Check the meter reading results for the period in question. Enter themissing meter reading results, or correct existing unbillable meterreading results.
Billable meter reading results should be available at least for thespecified dates.
If the meter reading results are correct, then an internal error mayhave occurred. In this case, contact SAP.
