Diagnosis
The billing document was outsorted in invoicing and therefore cannotsimply be reversed in billing.

Procedure
You must first reset the print document using the invoicing reversalfunction.

Note:
If this function is not possible, you can release the print documentfirst and then reversed it in invoicing. Only then can the originalbilling document be reversed in billing.
