Diagnosis
In the case of devices/registers that are relevant to billing at thetime of move-in for the contract, a corresponding move-in meter readingresult must always be entered.
If the move-in meter reading result has already been entered, check thecompleteness. This means, billing only includes meter reading resultsthat are released and active.

System Response
Processing is terminated and error issued.

Procedure
Enter the missing meter reading result; you can do this bypostprocessing the move-in document.
If the meter reading result exists, check that it is correct and hasbeen released.
