Diagnosis
Billing or simulation cannot be processed because there are not enoughmeter reading results. In this case, a meter reading result is missingthat marks the start of the period to be billed or simulated.

Procedure
Make sure the following criteria are met:
For billing, there must be at least one meter reading result for eachregister to be billed that marks the start of the period to be billed.
For the overall check and budget billing simulation, there must be atleast one meter reading result that marks the start of the period to besimulated.
In most cases, this is the move-in result or the periodic result fromthe last billing.
Enter the missing meter reading results
Repeat the transaction that was cancelled because of the missing meterreading.
You should be aware that a meter reading result is only valid forbilling if the status is billable or released by agent.
You can use the following analysis utilities:

You can gain an overview of meter readings already performed using thebilling view of the installation.
Enter the above device number as the serial number and register numberin the selection and start the report.
You can determine which meter readings are missing by comparing themeter reading dates with the required meter reading dates in thebilling view of the installation.
