Procedure
Make sure the following criteria are met:
For billing, there must be at least two meter reading results for eachregister to be billed - one to mark the start and one to mark the endof the period to be billed. In most cases, this is either the move-inresult and the periodic result, or the periodic result from the lastbilling and the current periodic result.
For the overall check and budget billing simulation, there must be atleast one meter reading result - to mark the start of the period to besimulated. In most cases, this is the move-in result or the periodicresult from the last billing.
Enter the missing meter reading results and repeat the transaction.
If processing is canceled again, an internal error may have occurred.In this case, contact SAP.
