However, the register is relevant to billing due to itsregister category and to the fact that theregister not relevant to billing field was notselected.
Billing therefore requires a rate type for this register.

System Response
Meter reading order creation or billing of installation &V1& iscanceled. However, the meter reading order must be created at thedevice level for certain meter reading reasons although the rate typeis missing. This is because the registers must be read.

Procedure

• If you want to bill the register, enter the rate type in the
installation structure.

• If you do not want to bill the register, set the Register not
relevant to billing indicator in the installation structure.
