Diagnosis
In operand &V3&, the operand value for date &v1& must not be deletedbecause changes are not permitted before the date &v2&.
Date &V2& can contain the following:
Start of contract: Maintenance of operand values is not possible untilstart of the contract.
End of last billing period: Maintenance of operand values is permittedin the current billing period only.
End of last backbilling period: Maintenance of operand values ispermitted in the current backbilling period only.
