Diagnosis In billing, the system has established that the status of the billingorder that was specified when it was first created is no longercurrent. A common cause of this problem is that changes are made after thebilling order has already been created and entered. Such changesinclude:
- Changes to the meter reading results
- Changes to the installation structure
- Installation or removal of additional devices or registers
System Response Billing terminates. Procedure You have the following options:
- Enter or validate the missing or incomplete meter reading results.
- The following procedure may be appropriate for points 2 and 3 above:
Delete the existing billing order. If you do this, you must note themeter reading results that may already have been entered. Create a new billing order.
- If the meter reading results already entered were correct:
RESET N1 Reverse the billing order. Create a new billing order. Do not set the Delete MR results>indicator. You then only need to enter the meter reading results that weremissing.
