Procedure
The error has several possible causes. If the empty table is tableCOMPR_IZW, it is likely that required meter reading results aremissing. Check that each device or register for the billing concernedhas at least one meter reading result to mark the start of the periodto be billed and at least one meter reading result to mark the end ofthe period to be billed.
In most cases, this would be the following meter reading results:
To determine the start of the period, a move-in meter reading result orthe periodic meter reading result of the last billing
To determine the end of the period, a periodic meter reading result orthe result on the date the allocation to the installation ends
Appropriate meter reading results for registers only relevant tosub-annual billing
Enter the required meter reading results and start the transactionagain.
If the entries are still not correct, the problem may be due to aninternal error. If this is the case, contact SAP.
