Diagnosis
This message can result from the following situations:

• In meter reading data processing:

A billing order has already been created and processed for the samescheduled billing date and billing transaction. Refer to the validbilling document &v4&. It is not possible to create a new billing orderif this billing is not reversed beforehand.

• In billing:

The specified billing order is inconsistent because the valid ERCHdocument &v4& exists. A billing order cannot exist for a document thathas already been billed. Therefore, either the billing order or theERCH document is incorrect. Contact SAP.
