Diagnosis
Maintenance of operand values for operand &V2& is not permitted untilthis date. This date can be:
1. Start of contract: Maintenance of operand values is not possibleuntil start of the contract.
2. Start of current billing period: Maintenance of operand values forthe operand is permitted for the current billing period only.
3. Start of current backbilling period: Maintenance of operand valuesfor the operand is permitted for the current backbilling period only.

Procedure
Specify a from-date which fulfills the above criteria.
