Diagnosis
You want to maintain rebate agreement &V1&. The agreement was notcreated in this system, however, but originates in another system(logical system: &V2&). The rebate has been flagged there as deleted(deletion indicator: &V3&). It was also flagged as only externallypayable.

System Response
To prevent data inconsistencies, you are not allowed to make changes tothe agreement &V1& or the corresponding condition records in thissystem. You are also not allowed to make settlements or post manualaccruals.
You can only display or (if it has the appropriate status) finalize theagreement.

Procedure
If you want to make changes to the agreement or its condition records,you need to do so in the system in which the agreement was created(logical system: &V2&). If the agreement has already been released forsettlement (see rebate status), no changes can be made.
If you want to make payments, you also need to do this in the system inwhich the agreement was created.
