You want to maintain rebate agreement &V1&. However, the agreement wasnot entered in this system, but stems from another system (logicalsystem: &V2&).

System Response
To prevent data inconsistencies, you are not permitted to executechanges in this system to agreement &V1& or to its associated conditionrecords.
You can only create rebate documents or settle the agreement.

Procedure
If you intend to

• settle the agreement,


• make manual partial payments or


• create manual accruals,

you can proceed as normal.
If you want to execute changes to the agreement or to its associatedcondition records, do so in the system in which the agreement wasentered (logical system: &V2&). If the agreement has already beenreleased for settlement (see rebate status), you must reset this status.
