Diagnosis
The system is unable to generate the portfolio hierarchy.
There are incorrect definitions for the portfolio hierarchy. If thereare assignments to characteristic hierarchies, then the definition ofthe characteristic hierarchies may not be valid. If a filter isassigned, then the filter definitions may have been changed by a datatransport so that they are no longer valid.

Procedure
Generate the portfolio hierarchy manually. See the error log forinformation about the causes of any errors that may still exist.
