Diagnosis
An activation lock is always set when you start an activation for asingle ABAP/4 Dictionary object or with the mass activating program.This lock prevents objects of different object classes from beingactivated in parallel, which could result in inconsistencies in theABAP/4 Dictionary. The lock is automatically cancelled when theactivation has ended. If an activation terminates, the lock firstremains in effect. It cancels itself after about 10 minutes.

System Response
The activation task is rejected.

Procedure
Repeat the activation after a few minutes.
