Diagnosis
The length of the table, i.e. the sum of the field lengths of all thetable fields, is too large for a conversion to a transparent table.

Procedure
If you want to convert the table, you must either delete fields fromthe table or shorten the field lengths, i.e. assign domains with shorterlengths to the fields.
