Diagnosis
An inactive nametab does not exist for this table. During activation,runtime objects (nametabs) are written, in which the information storedin the ABAP/4 Dictionary is stored in edited form.
During upgrading, so-called inactive nametabs are written. These areonly converted into active nametabs after the whole process of massactivation has terminated. This ensures that the productive systemremains executable during mass activation.

Procedure
No action is necessary. Inactive nametabs generally only exist inspecial cases, e.g. after an upgrade.
