Diagnosis
The table cannot be activated because the previously active versionof the table has an inconsistent status. These inconsistencies mustbe eliminated before the table is reactivated.

Procedure
If the table already has a revised version, this must first be deleted('Reset' function). Then the activation process should be started againfor the inconsistent active version of the table. The activation logwill show whether the activation attempt is successful. If theactivation attempt fails, the causes will be given. These causes mustbe eliminated. It will not be possible to modify the table anyfurther until the active version is consistent.
