Diagnosis
Activation of the table was cancelled. During an attempt to add fieldsto the database table, it was established that this table was locked inthe database.

Procedure
Repeat the table activation process once the database lock has beenremoved. Remove the lock either by deleting the relevant databaseprocesses or by closing down the database. Please inform the databaseadministrator.
