Diagnosis
Activation of the object was terminated. Online activation is notallowed in this system as it would place an acceptable load on thesystem.

Procedure
If you want to activate the object, you need to flag the object forbatch activation. To do this, make an entry for the object in tableTACOB. You can do this with the table maintenance function. To accesstable maintenance, choose System -> Services -> Tablemaintenance.
The entry should be structured as shown here:
Object class: DOMA (domain), DTEL (data element), TABL (table), etc.
Object name: name of the objects to be activated
