Diagnosis
The table has the status 'partially active', that is, it has aninconsistent status. The active version of the table is in the ABAP/4Dictionary, but the dependent tables have not been regenerated and thedatabase table has not been brought into line.

Procedure
Before you continue working with this table, you must eliminate theinconsistency between the table definition in the ABAP/4 Dictionary andthe database table. To do this, activate the table again in the ABAP/4Dictionary. Once activation is complete, the activation log indicatesthat all dependent tables have been regenerated and the database tablehas been modified.
