Diagnosis
There are no ABAP/4 Dictionary objects awaiting mass activation.
Either the transport request, correction or external table specifiedcontains no ABAP/4 Dictionary objects or, in the case of a transportrequest, the existing ABAP/4 Dictionary objects were not correctlyimported or else have already been activated. In the last two cases thesituation will have been recorded in the log.

Procedure
Check whether ABAP/4 Dictionaryobjects have been specified for activation in your transport request,correction or external table.
