Diagnosis
Only a revised version exists for the selected object. This is lockedby another user so that you cannot access it. The lock on the versioncould be a temporary system lock (the user may still be maintaining theobject) or it may indicate permanent reservation of the revisedversion.

Procedure
The only way of removing the lock is for the user whose name is enteredfor the lock to activate the revised version or to explicitly releasethe object for maintenance by other users with the 'unlock' function.
