SAP Message ACEPS043 - The document has not yet been posted to Accounting - see long text

Diagnosis
The Accrual Engine document has not yet been transferred to Accounting.
Accrual Engine documents are normally transferred to Accountingautomatically when they are posted.
However, this Accrual Engine document has not yet been transferred toAccounting. This might have one of the following causes:

  • In the IMG activity Define Customer
    • Settings for Components you have defined that Accrual Enginedocuments are not to be transferred to Accounting automatically.
    • Automatic transfer of the Accrual Engine document has failed.

      • Accrual Engine account determinationmight have been set incorrectly, or other errors may have occurredduring transfer to Accounting.
      • The Accrual Engine document was created during transfer of legacy data,
        • and, in legacy data transfer Customizing
        , the "Allow Transfer toAccounting" flag was set at the time of the legacy data transfer.

        Procedure
        The Accrual Engine document must be transferred to Accounting manually.
        You have the following options for transferring Accrual Engine documentsto Accounting:

        • In the application menu, choose the function "Transfer Accrual Engine
          • Documents to Accounting".
          • If you cannot find this function in the application menu, you can run
            • report ACEPS_POSTINGS_2_ACC_TRANSFER to transfer the Accrual Enginedocuments in question to Accounting.
            • In some applications, you can call up the "Transfer Document to
              • Accounting" function from the context menu by clicking on the right-handmouse button. Before clicking the mouse, you have to position the cursoron the Accrual Engine document in question.
