• not entered a percentage rate for this cut-off value key or


• deleted all existing percentage rates

However, you have to define at least one percentage rate for a cutoffvalue key.

Procedure


• In the first case: specify a percentage rate.


• In the second case: make your deletions again but this time, keep at
least one percentage rate or enter a new one.
