You tried to retire or transfer an asset that belongs to Real EstateManagement, and this asset still has correction items. Or, you tried toretire multiple assets at the same time, and at least one of them doesnot have values in the book depreciation area.
These postings are not possible.

In the second case, post the asset retirement separately for the assetsthat do not have values in the book depreciation area.
