For periodic posting of depreciation, you have to create a documentnumber range with internal number assignment, since the document numbersare assigned from Financial Accounting.

Procedure
Change the number assignment for the number range &V1& from external tointernal in Customizing for Asset Accounting. See SAP Note 890976 formore information.
