Diagnosis You want to post a complete retirement or a retirement of a newacquisition. This is not possible, as an investment subsidy has beenposted to asset &V2& &V3& in the current fiscal year &V1&. System Response This is a customizable message type (IMG: Financial Accounting -> AssetAccounting -> Transactions -> Maintain Message Types). If the messageis not customized as a warning, then the posting is rejected. Procedure Reverse the subsidy first, then post the retirement.
