Diagnosis
Inconsistency between the specifications for transaction type &V1& andfor the depreciation areas in chart of depreciation &V2&.
Depreciation area &V3& is defined (in Customizing), so that it isrequired to take over values from area &V4&. However, one of theseares cannot be posted to, due to the specifications in transaction typeV1. this combination is not allowed.

Procedure
In Asset Customizing, maintain the specifications in transaction typeV1 for the depreciation areas that can be posted using thistransaction.
