SAP Message AA211 - There are not enough subnumbers available for asset &

Diagnosis
V2 sub-numbers have already been assigned to asset v1.

System Response
You cannot create &V3& additional sub-numbers. Your entry is rejected.

Procedure
There are two possibilities:

  • If 9999 sub-numbers have been assigned to the asset, you cannot create
    • any additional sub-numbers for asset &V1&.
    • If fewer than 9999 sub-numbers have been assigned to the asset, you can
      • still create 9999 minus &V2& sub-numbers.
