System Response
To avoid data inconsistency, the system will not complete your operationuntil the separate VAT coefficients are no longer being edited.

Procedure
The user who is editing the coefficients must cancel the editingoperation. If the user has changed and saved the coefficients, youshould run the report again before completing your original operation.
