Diagnosis
You have tried to start the input for creating sales orders (settlementrun) or the program for changing the external sold-to party althoughnot all data records from the postprocessing table for the previoussettlement run have been processed '&V2&'. In order to avoidinconsistencies and data records being settled twice in your system,you are not allowed to execute your chosen function.
Postprocessing data is created when you use external jobs or if datarecords from the historical stock file are locked by other users orexternal jobs during the settlement run. The settlement data anddocuemnt statuses have to be updated in a postprocessing run and thismust take place before the settlement run is started again.

Procedure
Start transaction J3GN or choose:
Logistics -> CEM -> Transaction Data -> Settlement ->
SD Orders -> Postprocess Input.
The system automatically maintains the data records.
A log is saved in the list archive.
Note: should data records also be locked by other users during this
transaction, these data records have to be maintained subsequently
by hand.
