Diagnosis
The recipient &V1& that you have used has the "Locked against documententry" indicator set in its master record and therefore you cannot usethis recipient when entering documents.

Procedure
Check whether you are using the correct recipient or change theindicator in the master record for the recipient/customer master record(that is, unlock the recipient for document entry).
