Diagnosis
In the master record of the G/L account the line item display was notactivated. A single item adjustment is only possible if the line itemdisplay is active.

System Response
The system cannot adjust the account with the single item method if themaster record settings are not changed.

Procedure
Either change the adjustment method to 'balance method' or change thesettings in the company code depending master record of the account sothat the line display is active.
