Diagnosis The system is looking for a definitive index value for this date. System Response The system cannot calculate inflation adjustment in definitive mode without this definitive value. Procedure Please maintain this index and change to definitive the entry for thisdate or for a previous or next date . Example If you are maintaining index values per month, change the value for thelast day of the month of this date. If you maintain the index in a different base, you can change todefinitive the date that appears in the error message or for the nextday that you want to maintain. i.e. Maintainance of the index in a weekly base .......... . ............. ... .......... . ............. ... 1997.06.01 X 1.230.340.280 ... 1997.06.08 X 1.430.825.322 ... 1997.06.15 1.490.424.121 ... If the system send a message like : No definitive value exist for index ... or for next and previous dates (1997.06.12), please convert to definitive the entry for 1997.06.15 . Note : if for an index there is not a value for a specific date, theindex must have values for a previous and for a next date, to make anindex for this period of time with the assumption that the inflation isconstant inside this period.
