Diagnosis
For all the excise accounts, minimum balance can be defined. The valueentered has reduced the account balance below the minimum balance set.

Procedure
Reduce the account value so that the account balance does not reducebelow the minimum balance set for the account or change the minimumbalance limit for the account.
