SAP Message 8B540 - Texts for item &1 exceed space available in Nota Fiscal form &2

Diagnosis
The number of text lines associated with an item does not fit into theNota Fiscal form. The number of text lines originates from:

  • manual header text

  • reference to contract or schedule agreement

  • manual item text

  • texts for tax laws ICMS and IPI

  • dangerous goods texts.

    • System Response
    Generating the NF out of SD Billing is not possible.

    Procedure
    Please go back to the preceding document and delete manual text linesfor header or item. Then, bill again.
