Please check to see if the form is displayed when you choose 'Display'(See Acrobat Reader!) or printed when you choose 'Print'. If this isnot the case, following errors could be the cause: 1) The Jetform view manager has not been started or the Acrobat Readeris not installed. 2) The connection between R3 and the Jetform central server is not setup. Please check the Jetform setting on the R3 side. Read therelevant information in the REA implementation guide for Jetform. 3) The Jetform setting on the Jetform central server is not correct.Read the relevant information the REA implementation guide forJetform. 4) The Jetform central server is not started. 5) The specification of the output device in REA Customizing is notcorrect. |
