Diagnosis
In the screen "Single Characteristics", no probabilities can be changedfrom 0 to any other value. The probability is derived from the value ofthe combination. Changing the individual probabilities also changes theprobabilites of the affected combinations and correlatedcharacteristics. This calculation is based on the ratio for theprobabilities of the characteristic value in an individual combinationrow. Because no ratio can be created for the 0 on the combination side,the probability value 0 can not be changed.
The ratio calculation uses the following formula:
(new value of the combination row) := (old value of the combinationrow) * (new value of characteristic value) / (old value ofcharacteristic value).

System Response
No change is made to the affected characteristic values.

Procedure
Change the probabilities for the relevant characteristic combinations.
