You may not use an authorization below a set value. In the hierarchystructure, you may define authorizations with a higher value.
This is because you can restrict actions on the expanded nodes usinghigher authorizations. The opposite is not useful because users in thiscase do not see any partial structures that they are not authorizedfor.
The authorizations can be used in the order of Project member ->Project manager -> Administrator. Administratorauthorization is the highest possible authorization.
