SAP Message 6D825 - No date exists for renewal of contract

Diagnosis
The contract cannot be renewed because a renewal date could not bedetermined.

System Response
The renewal will not be carried out.

Procedure
Possible reasons:

  • The contract is unlimited

    • -> Renewal is not necessary
    • The contract does not have a renewal option

      • -> Assign an option in the contract master data as necessary
      • All renewal dates have already been used

        • -> Assign a new option in the contract master data as necessary
        • The renewal has not yet been approved

          • -> Enter the approval dates in the contract master data as necessary
