Diagnosis
In certain cases the master tenant with customer account cannot bechanged; for example, if the same partner was selected, if no customeris assigned to the selected partner, or if a change is to be madeseveral times in one day, and a debit position has been made in themeantime.

Procedure
If the latter is true, the master tenant can be changed after theaffected debit position has been reversed.
