You can only change the partner if the "Valid from" date of thecondition item does not occur in a period for which postings havealready been made.
Example:
Valid from,,Condition ,,Frequency ,,Partner
01/01/2000,,Basic rent,,Monthly,,1
Periodic postings have been made up to and including 04/2000. Thismeans that the partner can be changed on 05/01/2000 at the earliest.
