Diagnosis
You are trying to use a transaction or program which is part of theFlexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) component.
However, in the current client, the Classic Real Estate (ClassicRE) component is active.

System Response
It is not possible to use the above software components in the sameclient in parallel as this may lead to data inconsistency (for instancereal estate master data and contract data).

Procedure
Contact your system administrator.
The menu has to be adjusted according to the software component that iscurrently active.
