Diagnosis
Error occurred during transfer of the D-tape. The date of the last dayof the settlement period is not within the time period of thesettlement period. The data records from the external heating expensessettlement company probably have errors.

Procedure
Check whether you inserted the correct diskette or tape. Then try tocarry out the external heating expenses settlement again. If the errorstill exists, contact the external heating expenses settlement companyand check the data for the rent agreement to be settled.
