Diagnosis
Light is red = sales settlement is missing
Light is green = sales settlement exists
You have tried to change the light from red to green or vice versa byclicking it.

System Response
The system only permits this if no sales were reported for thecorresponding period. The system automatically assigns a green light toperiods for which sales have been reported.

Procedure
If you do not want the sales report to be saved, set the reported salesfor this period to zero and change the light to red.
If you want to save the sales report, although you have not made anyentry in the field, set the light to green.Status "Sales reported"
