Diagnosis You have settled operating costs and heating costs together. However,there were rental agreements and rental units for which the tenantservice charge settlement indicator is set. In the service chargesettlement you have not set the indicator "Consider tenant SCS".Therefore the settlement is carried out without taking the tenantservice charge settlement indicator for both operating costs andheating costs into consideration. Procedure According to §23 of the Austrian heating cost settlement law, thetenant service charge settlement is not to be used for heating costs.However, if you want to use the tenant SCS for operating costs but notfor heating costs, you must settle heating costs and operating costsseparately. Reverse the settlement and settle these heating costs andoperating costs separately. |
